At Fire Heart FSMA, we want you to receive your package as quickly and affordably as possible, whether you order well in advance or need your product right away. Free economy shipping on orders of $85 or more within Canada.
Shipping costs are based on the items in your order and your delivery location. Costs for each speed option can be found at checkout.

*All delivery times above include production and shipping. Please note that production time may vary by product, and the fastest possible delivery for your order will be reflected at checkout. Orders made after 6pm ET are processed the next business day.

Do your shipping speeds include production time?
Yes, always! Our listed speeds include both printing and delivery to your address.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Our fastest option is Express (delivery as soon as 3–5 business days), available for certain products and destinations. Standard (6–8 business days) is more widely available.
Are your shipping times guaranteed?
When you add an item to your cart, you’ll see a promised arrival date for your order — and we stand by that. Weather or carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t arrive on time, contact us at fireheartfsma@gmail.com.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping within Canada on orders of $85 or more before taxes and after discounts.
Do I get tracking info?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number, estimated delivery date, and shipping method.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your product type, address, and delivery speed.
Can I arrange my own shipping or courier?
Unfortunately, our production process doesn’t allow custom courier arrangements.
Is local pickup available?
Not at this time.
Do you ship internationally? Which countries do you deliver to?
At this time, we only ship within Canada. We’re working toward offering international delivery in the future, but currently we cannot ship outside of Canada.
My package was supposed to arrive today, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Deliveries can arrive until 8pm local time. If it hasn’t arrived, contact us at fireheartfsma@gmail.com and we’ll help track it.
What if my package is returned to the sender?
If your order was returned to our facility, please contact us and we’ll help reship or refund as appropriate.
My product is damaged or defective — what can be done?
Our goal is love at first sight. If something isn’t right, contact us right away at fireheartfsma@gmail.com. We’ll make it right.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Fire Heart FSMA, every item is crafted with purpose and pride to celebrate the fire safety community. As a small creative shop producing custom and made-to-order items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
However, we stand firmly behind the quality of our products.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a store credit or replacement.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Approved credits will be issued for the product value only (excluding shipping), and may be applied toward a future purchase.
